Synthesis and Ferroelectric Properties of KNO3 films (2.13)

Student's Manual This experiment illustrates the ferroelectric behavior of KNO3 due to change in temperature which is intimately connected to the change in crystal structure.

Ferroelectric loop at 130˚C
Another instance of a ferroelectric loop at 110˚C
